Handmade Art Doll by Christine Land
- part of a series of dolls and anchors called Relics of Recovery inspired by some old textiles collected by Christine. These textiles were stitched by men during WW1 when soldiers recuperating from injury in hospitals were given sewing kits to keep their hands and minds occupied. They were encouraged to make tokens of love to send home to their sweethearts and families.

- her skirt is made from antique textiles from the early 1900s, including a collectable cigarette silk from WW1, embroidered handkerchief and pincushion top.
